Who writes this

I'm Brandon Parker. I build companies and then run them. Right now that's Land AI, the first conversational AI that qualifies land sellers for investors.

Before Land AI there was a laundromat, a VR product on Amazon, a Christmas-light business, a flight school, and a few others. Some worked. Some taught me what not to do again. I've hired more than 200 people across them and made most of the mistakes a founder can make with a team.

Operator Notes is field reports from that work. Each issue is one thing I'm doing that week — how I hire, how I structure a deal, the follow-up system that moves a pipeline, the setup running inside Land AI and where it still needs a person. I write it the way I'd explain it to another operator on a call: specific stories, real numbers, and the pattern underneath.
